Jerry’s Wood-Fired Dogs – The Franchise

Jerry’s Wood-Fired Dogs is a unique, fast-casual restaurant that features specialty hot dogs, original recipes sausages and steakhouse burgers all cooked over a signature, wood-fired grill. It is distinguished by the quality of its food/ingredients, the service delivered (you can often find Jerry in one of his locations greeting guests, giving helpful hints or just having a great time with his customers) and the carefully crafted atmosphere that creates an engaging, interactive experience for guests.

Jerry’s menu is simple yet provides something for everyone. The Favorite Fixings Bar, with over 30 fresh condiments, allows guests to build their dog, sausage or burger and complete the Jerry’s experience! There is a ‘Favorites’ Menu with very popular combinations that include the Chicago Dog, the LA Dog, the Mac n’ Cheese Dog, just to name a few. Naturally, Jerry had to create the California Dog and the OC Dog displaying the delicious combination of quality dogs and freshly prepared toppings. Jerry’s motto: If your ‘Favorite’ isn’t on the board, more than likey we/you can create it!

History

In 2003, Jerry opened his first restaurant in Santa Ana, California, providing a family-friendly atmosphere where customer’s have fun while enjoying one of life’s simple pleasures – a good dog made just the way they like it. After its first year of operation, Jerry confirmed that Everybody does, indeed, Love a Good Dog!

With its increased popularity, three more stores followed: Ladera Ranch (2007), Irvine (2009) and Costa Mesa (2013.) Jerry’s Wood-Fired Dogs popularity has expanded to an increasing number of loyal customers, generating enthusiasm from all age groups and demographic segments extending into neighboring Los Angeles, San Bernardino and San Diego counties. Jerry’s opened its first franchise in 2011, in Orange County, California’s John Wayne Airport. Subsequent franchises followed in Dallas, Texas (2012), Long Beach in LA County (2012) and Carlsbad in San Diego County (2014.) We are looking to expand into the Los Angeles, Inland Empire and San Diego Counties.
